Do you ship outside of the US?
No, we currently only ship to USA. Canada & Mexico coming soon, though!

What currencies do you accept?
We currently only accept USD. However, crypto payments are coming soon!

Where do your products ship from?
All of our non in-house products are shipped from our vendors around the USA to keep order times efficient and to ensure products are regionally available & delivered in a timely manner. Painted emblems are produced & shipped from our facility in Arizona. 

Do you offer refunds?
We have a 30-day refund policy for any items damaged or lost during shipping. We do not offer refunds or returns on any products damaged after delivery or during installation/after installation. 

My product arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please immediately email us directly with your order number, photos of the damage/problem and details of what happened so we can launch an internal investigation. We will open a claim with our vendors and work to rectify the issue and issue a refund/exchange as deemed fit. For in house products, please follow the same steps and we will handle it internally on our end to resolve your problem & ensure you are satisfied & compensated as needed. 

Do you offer warranty on your products?
We do not offer warranties on products from our external vendors, but we DO offer a 1/yr warranty on all in-house painted accessories.

What materials do you use for painting in-house products like emblems?
We use PPG paint & clear to ensure quality automotive-grade finishes, and add extra clear for further UV protection to prevent color fading in harsher elements. All colors use OEM paint codes & formulas. 

Can I request a custom painted emblem from a brand you do not currently offer on the website?
Yes! Please send us an email titled "Emblem Request" containing the emblem you want exactly, the color which you want it painted and the desired quantity. Please ensure to include your full name & address for shipping purposes. We will make you a quote for the product & proceed from there. 

Who manufactures the badges?
Some of our emblems are OEM products direct from the factory, others may be aftermarket parts. It is specified on the product page. Your local brand dealership should also be able to install the parts for you if there is no nearby Partnered Installer & you do not want to perform a DIY install. 

Is there a Warranty for painted emblems?
Yes. It is a 1yr warranty that covers peeling & paint fade. It does not cover rock chips or other standard wear & tear from road use, especially on front emblems. Please send us an email titled "Badge Warranty" containing photos of the defect, a copy of your order receipt and the name of the shop who installed it, otherwise put "DIY" if you installed yourself. We will issue a replacement product free of charge once the claim is considered valid and after you send us back the originally purchased product. We will provide you a return label for warranties.
